Requests, Estimates, and Pricing

Submitting the contact form or booking through our online scheduler is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm timing before any work is scheduled.

Any prices, promotions, or rebates shown on this site are subject to change and to the terms of the offer, the manufacturer, or the financing partner. Pricing for your specific job is what appears on the written estimate we give you after seeing your system — not what appears on a web page.

Service Appointments

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit, call us at 850-857-4700 as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. Arrival windows are estimates: emergency calls, weather, and the job in front of yours can move them, and we will tell you when that happens rather than leave you waiting.

Warranties

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty for that model, and our workmanship is covered by the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or modifies those terms. For what a specific plan covers, see our maintenance plans or ask us directly.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders, not by Climatech of Professional Air. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender and are subject to their application process and credit criteria. We can explain the options — see our financing page — but we do not control the decision and are not a party to your agreement with the lender.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site — text, photography, video, logos, and design — is owned by Climatech of Professional Air or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, or using our name or marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement, requires our written permission.
