How Our Furnace Installation Process Works
Step 1: Free Home Assessment and Heating Load Calculation
You call us or request a consultation online, and we schedule a convenient time to visit your home. During the assessment, our technician measures your home’s square footage, checks insulation levels in the attic and basement, examines air sealing around windows and doors, reviews past winter heating bills, and discusses comfort complaints. We perform a detailed Manual S load calculation — the industry standard for furnace sizing — and present equipment options with efficiency ratings, warranty terms, and installed pricing. You’ll understand the heating requirement and see equipment side by side. This consultation is pressure-free; it’s your roadmap to deciding.

Step 2: Equipment Selection, Ductwork Evaluation, and Financing Approval
