Energy Savings Agreement:

We agree to provide you with a complete precision tune-up and professional HVAC system cleaning either annually or semi-annually as described below.

We recommend service two times per year. Multiple units will be given a discount. Additional materials (discounted 10%) and Freon will be billed in addition to the Agreement charge.

Monitor refrigerant pressure
Test safety controls
Clean electronic or replace air filters (owner provided, if we provide, additional charge)
Clean and adjust blower components (if accessible)
