Climatech Protection Plans for Pensacola Homes and Businesses
Your heating and cooling system is one of your home’s largest investments. A Climatech Protection Plan keeps it inspected, documented, and running efficiently — and puts you ahead of non-plan customers when something goes wrong. Three residential plans are available, starting as low as $160 per year.
Why a Protection Plan Makes Sense for Your Home
Prevent Costly Breakdowns
Every plan visit includes our full 21-Point Inspection. Our technicians check refrigerant pressures, capacitor readings, amp draws, electrical connections, and drain lines, so worn components get found while they are still a small repair instead of a peak-season emergency.
Lower Energy Bills Year-Round
A well-maintained system runs more efficiently. Dirty coils, low refrigerant, and worn components force your HVAC system to work harder and use more energy. Plan visits restore performance, which shows up directly on your utility bill.
Priority Over Non-Plan Customers
Protection Plan customers receive priority over non-plan service requests, subject to technician availability, weather emergencies, and demand. When the whole city calls on the same July afternoon, plan members are ahead of the line.
No Overtime Fees on Eligible Service Calls
Plan customers are not charged Climatech’s standard overtime service fee for eligible service calls. Standard diagnostic, repair, parts, and labor charges still apply, and holiday and designated emergency-service charges are not included.
A 1-Year Repair Warranty on Qualifying Work
Repairs completed and paid for through Climatech carry a one-year warranty on the parts and labor provided for that repair. That is real accountability, in writing. Family-owned and local since 1978 — Florida Contractor’s License # CAC1814374, licensed in both Florida and Alabama.

Why Choose This Maintenance Plan
- Scheduled maintenance visits
- Reduces the risk of unplanned downtime
- Covers rooftop unit and boiler systems
- Performed by EPA Certified technicians
Enrollment Steps
Step 1: Choose Your Plan
We’ll review your system type, age, and how many units you’re covering, then recommend Essentials, Basic, or Preferred. Most Pensacola homes land on Basic or Preferred because our cooling season is long.
What happens: You have a plan tier matched to your equipment and how many systems you’re covering.
Step 2: Complete the Agreement
We record your equipment — type, model number, serial number, and install date — along with your plan, number of inspections per year, term dates, and payment method. You get a copy.
What happens: Your equipment is documented and your 12-month agreement is in writing, with your own copy in hand.
Step 3: Schedule Your First Visit
Your first inspection is scheduled at a time that works for you. Visits typically take one to two hours depending on system complexity, and routine visits are performed during normal business hours.
What happens: Your first 21-Point Inspection is on the calendar at a time that fits your day.
Step 4: Receive Your Documented Inspection
After each visit, you receive the completed 21-Point Inspection results, anything we flagged, and transparent estimates for any recommended repair. Nothing gets done without your approval.
What happens: You hold a written inspection record and clear estimates — and nothing is repaired without your say-so.
Step 5: Renewal and Accrual
Your plan renews automatically for another 12 months, with notice 30 to 60 days ahead of the cancellation deadline. Each completed, fully paid year earns your replacement purchase accrual toward qualifying new equipment installed by Climatech.
What happens: Your coverage continues without a gap, and every paid year builds credit toward future equipment.
