Yes. Every service technician at Climatech holds NATE Certification. We require it as a baseline for employment, and we support ongoing recertification to keep everyone current as technologies evolve.

You can call us anytime. If our technician who performed the work isn’t immediately available, our team will help troubleshoot or schedule a follow-up. We stand behind our work and our recommendations, so ongoing support is part of the package.

We service American Standard, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, Ameristar, Goodman, LG, and Daikin systems. Our deepest expertise is with American Standard (our primary brand) and Mitsubishi Electric (Diamond Dealer status), but our team is equipped and trained to diagnose and repair all brands we list.

Our team members average over a decade with the company. That continuity means consistency, institutional knowledge, and genuine investment in how we’re perceived in the community.

We try to honor requests when scheduling. If your preferred technician is available, we’ll send them. Our goal is to build relationships where you know who’s coming and trust them completely.

They’ll explain what they found, describe the options (repair, replacement, or preventive steps), and present pricing before proceeding. We never surprise you with charges or upsell solutions you don’t need.

Yes. We service commercial properties with rooftop units (RTUs) and boiler systems. Our team has commercial HVAC expertise for preventive maintenance contracts and emergency repairs on commercial equipment.

Every technician carries an ID badge showing their name and NATE certification. Don’t hesitate to ask — we encourage it. Your home is your biggest investment, and you should feel confident in who’s working inside it.

We offer emergency and after-hours service for heating and cooling failures. Call us and we’ll dispatch a technician to restore your comfort as quickly as possible, even nights and weekends.

Older systems can often be repaired cost-effectively. Our technicians will diagnose the issue honestly and let you know whether repair makes sense or whether replacement is the better long-term choice. We’ll explain the tradeoffs and help you explore financing options if replacement is recommended.
