About 7 years ago, Climatech replaced one of the heat pumps in our previous house. It wasn’t the easiest job, but the quality of the work was top-notch, the price was fair and reasonable, and the staff was great to work with. When one of the heat pumps failed at our current house, I did not hesitate to call them for a free estimate on its replacement. Chase was very professional and gladly provided us with a wide range of options so we could select one that best fit our needs and budget. Again, the work was performed in a very professional manner, and this installation wasn’t easy as well. James and Lucis worked hard, courteous, and were happy to answer my all questions. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to recommend Climatech of Professional Air.

Lucis king was an exceptional AC repairman, hes got good customer service and he was able to repair/replace the issues i had very quickly and professionally. I was extremely please with Climatech’s service. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and arranged a mutually agreeable appointment quickly. My parents have used the same company (that I will not mention) for years. Every time something has happened to their unit, the company does not respond in a timely manner and when they do go to check in, they are very rude to my parents. When I heard about their experience with a new company, I had to leave a glowing review for the tech that went to their rescue.
