Our AC needed replaced due to a freon leak in the coils. Very expensive and due to the age factor, we decided to replace the HVAC system. Chase came out and gave us an estimate and the new system was installed the following week. The men were prompt and very professional. They took the time to show me how the thermostat worked and any other questions I had. Our old system was very loud when it came on and we were always adjusting the volume on the TV. This new system is NOT a quiet heat pump, but the decibel volume is much lower. So happy with our choice and all the people at Climatech. Chase even called me the next day to ask if I had any questions. I would highly recommend the company.

Hey Guys! Climatech of Professional Air has been servicing our HVAC system for over ten years now. I had a great experience with Climatech for a job at my residence out in Pace, FL.I wanted to install an ERV system in my house (efficient air ventilation system), due to having an airtight home that was indicating high levels of CO2. My spouse and I work from home and also have a little one that has respiratory challenges. Not many HVAC companies around the Pensacola area have experience with ERV’s, but Climatech did.They came out to inspect the house, plan the project, discuss options, and quote me. This was a (get what you pay for) project that was within the range I expected in terms of cost.The job was done with a lot of care, attention to detail, good communication, no shortcuts, and so forth.The workers (Jon and Devin) were amazing. They were courteous, tried to be tidy and clean as much as they could, they were trustworthy around my household, they kept me up to date on the project, etc.Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend them and would call them first with my next HVAC related needs.I attached proof of the (before and after) results on the outcome of the installation. This was definitely worth it to me.

Our AC needed replacement, and I was dreading the cost of a new install. A friend referred me to Climatech. I called them and they were able to quickly come out to see what was going on with my AC unit. They easily diagnosed the problem and were super transparent about my options. I decided to have a completely new system installed and am so glad that I did. The install was very professional and the attention to detail was much appreciated. Also, the techs were friendly and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with their service and highly recommend these guys if you are in need of HVAC services.

After being with another outstanding HVAC installer/repair company for over 15 years, I was faced with having to find another company to replace my heat pump system. We found Climatech from an online search after our five year old Lennox A/C blew up, and needed to be replaced.They gave us honest repair and or replacement advice over the phone, sending their salesman Chase out to estimate.Two install men came out and politely and professionally replaced the old system with a new American Standard system at a fair price.There was a “situation “ during install that they handled well to make sure I was happy with their product.Overall, honest, nice people that installed a fantastic HVAC system with an optional 10 year parts, labor and freon warranty.Would highly recommend.👍

Had an unusual situation with wires that were arcing inside the outdoor unit but fortunately had not done any permanent damage. Climatech was able to diagnose the issue, take corrective repair action, and then went the extra mile to check our other unit, discovering that it had the same issue. When the summer heat hits, air conditioning is a must! Murphy’s Law… mine died as the temperatures soared. I called several a/c companies for estimates. My choice was Chimatech of Professional Air — hands down! Chase came out to give me the estimate. He was thorough. He asked pertinent questions and provided the answeres needed to make the decisions that were needed. He didn’t talk down to me, as so many will do when dealing with an older female. He treated me as a knowledgeable adult. We agreed on the needs. He went back and found the best fit for my home and pocketbook. Then, James and Kyle came to do the physical work. They also were totally professional and courteous. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. My floor probably was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. NO MESS left behind. The air conditioning has been fantastic. I even saw a slight decrease in the FPL bill! New, more efficient unit sure helps there. And, the topping on this was the military discount they gave this old vet. Thank you all for great service and a great product.
