I recently had an issue with my HVAC system and was quoted almost $1000 by another company for repairs that, as it turns out, weren’t even necessary. Roy from Climatec came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it without any of the unnecessary work or inflated costs. His honesty, expertise, and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend Roy and Climatec for anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC service!

Climatech is the only company I trust for my ac needs. They have been taking care of my unit since 2012. When the summer heat hits, air conditioning is a must! Murphy’s Law… mine died as the temperatures soared. I called several a/c companies for estimates. My choice was Chimatech of Professional Air — hands down! Chase came out to give me the estimate. He was thorough. He asked pertinent questions and provided the answeres needed to make the decisions that were needed. He didn’t talk down to me, as so many will do when dealing with an older female. He treated me as a knowledgeable adult. We agreed on the needs. He went back and found the best fit for my home and pocketbook. Then, James and Kyle came to do the physical work. They also were totally professional and courteous. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. My floor probably was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. NO MESS left behind. The air conditioning has been fantastic. I even saw a slight decrease in the FPL bill! New, more efficient unit sure helps there. And, the topping on this was the military discount they gave this old vet. Thank you all for great service and a great product.

I highly recommend this company. Travis and his crew never disappoint. They always come out in a timely manner. Everyone is professional and respectful from the answering service, office personnel and technicians that come to the house. John and Kyle arrived, as scheduled, at 8:30 this morning and did not leave until 3:00. They worked constantly and judiciously, taking care to do everything perfectly. I now have air conditioning in the sleeping side of the house—just in time for the hot weather. This was the second time in 2 years that Tony came out to service our a/c system. He was professional and gave useful information about the care and use of the system, as I was not familiar to having a heat pump system. Very professional, and caring. Cleaned everything, including outside unit. On time, polite. Did not try to sell me things that weren’t needed. Changed my valve so easier for me to put vinegar/bleach in unit. Will now only use them for my hvac needs.
